Terms and privacy

Using askclueless.com or a Clueless app means you agree to Refinery's terms of service and privacy policy. Here is the short version.

Trying it as a guest

• You can send 5 messages a day without an account, after a quick check by Cloudflare Turnstile that you're a person.
• A guest's chats open only in that browser tab, so the next person at a shared computer doesn't see them.

With an account

• You sign in with Google, a code sent to your email, or a password. It is the same account as the Clueless app, and your chats are saved to it.
• Signing out here signs out this browser only; the app stays signed in.

What the page loads

• The site runs no ads and no analytics scripts. Its fonts and code are served from askclueless.com itself.
• The only outside script is Cloudflare Turnstile, and only for a guest's first message.

3. In the apps

The Clueless apps keep your timetable, assignments, grades, files and notes in a database on your own computer. Your account holds your email, an account id and your plan, and usage is counted without recording what you asked. The privacy policy has the details.
